    Sunshine

    About the Owners
Sunshine has had three owners since her construction to order by North Castle Marine of Goderich, Ontario in 1984. The boat was delivered to Seattle by first cruising through the Great Lakes to Green Bay and then by truck. Her first owner lived aboard in the Seattle Lake Union area and enjoyed cruising Puget Sound and the Inland Passage of the Pacific Northwest. She was sold to her second owner in 2002 and later relocated to Portland OR.  Sunshine travelled out the Strait of Juan De Fuca into the Pacific Ocean, down the coast of Washington and up the Columbia River to her home on Hayden Island just outside Portland. In 2012, Bill and Patti Linscott found themselves looking for their perfect retirement Boat. As prior owners of a R25 Ranger Tug and a 1928 Lake Union Dream boat (42 ft), they were after a vintage style with classic accommodations. They found this in the Pilgrim 40 and purchased Pathfinder in June 2012 changing her name to Sunshine. Sunshine made a return passage up the Washington coast to the Puget Sound in July 2012 and is located south of Seattle in the port town of Des Moines.
