The Clupea 2( Clupea)

Boeing built the Clupea in 1930, designed by Robert Allan.

1930-1959 she was owned by the Government of Canada as a Fisheries Vessel.

In 1959 she was decommissioned the sold at auction. Doc Freeman of Seattle bought Clupea from the action. He owned the Fremont Boat Co and her conversion from workboat to pleasure craft began.
