Historical Summary:
Guillemot is a 1939 Monk-designed trawler, built by the students at The Edison School (James Chambers, boatwright.) In 1989 she was renovated by Krist Martinsen at Turtleback Boat Yard, including a new cabin and 78 hp Yanmar diesel engine.
Arrangement:
- Chain locker forward of V-berth cabin which sleeps two.
- Pilot House with steering, engine controls, and electronics, dual sliding doors for deck access.
- Main cabin with starboard side dinette, port-side galley, diesel stove.
- Enclosed head aft starboard with integral shower, hanging locker to port.
- Access to aft cockpit through aft companionway.
- Engine room and tank access under pilothouse sole.
