From Maryland. Found in disrepair in the Sacramento Delta. Bought and refurbished in 2007. Port of call Marina del Rey until December 2019. Now resides in Newport Beach. Stella B was her first name, then Haven, Mz B Haven, then currently Haven.

1947 42’ Owens. 3 cabin flagship. Complete boat. owned since 2019. Powered with 2x292 CID in line 6 cyl GM gas engines. Velvet drives. Runs strong. Recently hauled to check hull and running gear. Interior varnish, floor and upholstery is in good shape. New window curtains installed. New bedding in master. New rear cockpit cover and masthead canvas covers. Holds about 200 gals of water 210 of fuel and 40 black water. Engines have 1150 hrs and have been maintained since owned. Runs at about 2700rpm /14kts. 1.2-1.5 pm. Carbs rebuilt in 2021. Rudder box rebuilt, cutlass bearings and shaft logs replaced. Props rebalanced. New bilge pumps in 2021. Batteries are good and from 2020. Solar system installed in 2020. Electronics and systems are all working except for inverter. All lighting was changed to LED. Interior paint and some varnish was done this year. Transom was revarnished in 2021 winter. Boat needs exterior paint to be show quality but sound hull overall. Is a great Catalina boat and will still turn heads all day long. She is a great boat with some cool history. sadly need to sell as we have little time with a new and growing family. Wanting 35K but will entertain offers. No slip and no mooring included.
