You could also name a bedroom for cartoon character Betty Boop. She was based on a 1920s performer named Helen Cane who worked in a casino in Clason Pt. That was very close to the boatyard where Ono was built. I grew up in Clason Pt. And remember when that yard burned down in the early 60s. -John McKernan, 6-17-24
