I purchased this vessel in 2018 from friends Allen Westerdale and his cousin Phillip Cannon.

In July 2016 Kirk Penland sold Parlay to Allen Westerdale. From what Kirk has told me, he owned the boat for about 10 years and he purchased her from Jeffery Torsich (sp?). Jeff was a chiropractor in the Bay Area and restored her at Malgoza’s in Antioch California. From the records I have, it appears Jeff took great care of Parlay and owned her for quite a few years.
