Historical Summary:

  • Built in Vancouver, BC, Rebellion was brought to the U.S. in 1945 after an engine replacement. She was moored in Seattle/Olympia area until 1958 at which time she was moved to Portland, OR.
  • Rebellion cruises at 7 – 7.5 knots at 1800 rpm and burns 5 gallons of fuel per hour (total, both engines.)
  • Rebellion has cruised the Columbia and Willamette River areas extensively.
  • Rebellion was sold to Everett Mellish in March of 2023.  Rebellion had been residing, under cover, at the Portland Yacht Club for over 50 years.  Today she sits on the pristine waters of the Lewis River, near Woodland, WA for all to enjoy her beauty…as they either motor, sail, or drive by her anchorage.  Stop in for a visit!
