    Originally built for Ralph Jordan as a Mary J in 1977, then purchased in 1988 by Royal Pacific Investments and renamed Royal Pacific II, subsequent to this she was purchased by Michyo Branch in May 1989. In 1990 she was owned by Project 158,000 Investments Ltd., Vancouver BC. After which she was renamed Silva Spirit when purchased by Toda International who were then the operators of Radium Hot Springs. Toda flew groups from Japan to Radium and then used Silva Spirit to serve as a fishing vessel for these groups while operating out of Silva Bay. She was used as a charter boat based in Vancouver's Coal Harbour.
