From USCG FB posting of 9-26-23:

The Coast Guard is currently responding to a sinking 50’ recreational vessel north of Golden Gardens in Seattle. We have hired a contractor refloat the vessel in order to remove any fuel that may be onboard. This will occur Wednesday Morning.

Oil boom cannot be placed on scene due to sea and wind conditions. Once the vessel is refloated, Washington State Department of Natural Resources will assume custody of the vessel and remove it from the waterway.
